There is no automated calendar here yet, and that is on purpose. Paul checks every request himself, so if your plans are unusual, if you need a late arrival, or if you are staying long enough that the nightly rate stops making sense, just say so.

Questions
The property accepts cash payment. If you book through Booking.com, the cancellation and prepayment terms shown against your chosen dates apply. For direct enquiries, Paul will confirm the arrangement with you before you travel.
Ask. The property is set up for extended stays, and rates for weeks and months are handled directly rather than by a nightly calendar. Send your dates through the form and Paul will price it properly.
Children of any age are welcome and there is no minimum age for check-in. A cot is available for children aged 3 to 5 at US$40 per child per night, and an extra bed for guests aged 12 and over is free on request. Both are subject to availability and paid separately from the room rate.
Both. Your apartment has its own kitchenette, and the main kitchen is shared: oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster, a full set of kitchenware and a dining table. There is also a shared lounge and TV area with a flat-screen and streaming. Your bathroom and your entrance are private to you.
No. There is no parking on site at Seville Meadows 2. If you are driving, plan for that before you travel and ask us what works nearby. Say so when you enquire and we will tell you honestly what your options are.
The property sits inside a gated community with 24-hour security, CCTV outside and in the common areas, smoke alarms, a security alarm and key card access, on a residential street of family homes. Guests consistently mention feeling safe, and rate the location 8.9.
Upper floors are reached by stairs, with no lift, so tell us in advance if that is a problem for anyone in your party. Daily housekeeping is included. Towels and sheets carry a small fee, and a full laundry service is available at an additional charge.
The property is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area outside. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted. The property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Tell us in advance. Check-in normally runs 3:00pm to 6:00pm, but the property does private check-in and Paul will work around a late arrival if he knows it is coming.
